There should be a way to ensure that data entries are verified before they can be locked. Currently, it’s largely left to chance whether employees with locking privileges check beforehand to see if the data entries have already been verified. To comply with the “four-eyes principle” used by auditors, an option requiring prior verification before data can be locked would be very helpful. Example: An option in the settings requiring that data be verified before it can be locked Site Manager A verifies the data for his crew → Branch Manager A locks the verified data Site Manager A has not yet reviewed his crew’s data → Branch Manager A cannot lock the data because it has not yet been reviewed

It would be nice to have a feature that allows you to specify different letterhead templates for the first page and the subsequent pages of a document. For example, you could set it up as follows: Page 1: Letterhead with logo, full header, and additional information Page 2 and following: simplified letterhead or an alternative letterhead with less or no header content Currently, it appears that it is only possible to use a uniform letterhead for the entire document. Especially with multi-page documents, this means that design elements—particularly the logo and the header—must also be included on the subsequent pages. A feature like this would allow for significantly more flexibility in designing business letters and, in my view, would be particularly useful for companies that intentionally design their first page differently from the subsequent pages. Technically, this could be implemented, for example, via an additional setting in the letterhead options, such as “Letterhead for First Page” and “Letterhead for Subsequent Pages.” I would appreciate it if you could consider this suggestion as a potential future feature and review it.

When correcting employee time, the old version allows you to adjust the time in 1/4-hour increments from the original time. In the new version, it always starts at 12:00 a.m., and you have to scroll through it, which is a hassle.

In the old design, we could define time blocks and then fill in days, weeks, or even months with a single click. With the new calendar, I have to click on each day individually and then manually enter the times in the fields. That’s an incredible amount of extra work—it’s demotivating even before you get started. For 2026 alone, we have 33 different calendars.

Suggestions for Improving the Dashboard and Employee View It would be very helpful if the dashboard offered the option to sort employees alphabetically by name. Currently, the list appears to be sorted only by ID number. Especially when there are a large number of employees, sorting by first or last name would make the list much clearer and simplify daily work. In addition, it would be desirable if the dashboard could be customized or personalized. Since the dashboard currently consists of a relatively large number of different windows or sections, a feature that allows users to choose which windows to display and which to hide would be helpful. This would allow each user to individually compile the information relevant to their daily work and make the dashboard more organized. The old dashboard is much easier to navigate. You can see more at a glance without having to scroll. You can only set the individual blocks to large or small, but not customize them individually. It would be even better if they automatically adjusted to the necessary size, just like before. The requests are also less noticeable this way. Please revisit this.

When making time adjustments, the system currently does not automatically take stored break rules into account. As a result, it is not enough to simply add a missing start or end time (start of work or end of the workday). Instead, multiple work blocks must be entered manually to ensure that the stored break is correctly reflected.

Clocking in on Device A and clocking out on Device B within the same user account does not currently work. Apparently, the time tracking system does not recognize an employee’s active time-entry status across devices. Since our employees regularly switch between different workstations and devices, this poses a significant limitation in their day-to-day work. From our perspective, it should be possible for employees to clock in and out using their user account regardless of the device they’re using. Is there a setting or configuration option for this? If a departure date has been entered but the person later rejoined the company, that person remains unavailable for scheduling in 123erfasst. The departure date field must first be cleared.
