Clocking in on Device A and clocking out on Device B within the same user account does not currently work. Apparently, the time tracking system does not recognize an employee’s active time-entry status across devices.
Since our employees regularly switch between different workstations and devices, this poses a significant limitation in their day-to-day work. From our perspective, it should be possible for employees to clock in and out using their user account regardless of the device they’re using.
Is there a setting or configuration option for this? How have other companies addressed this issue?
