Suggestions for Improving the Dashboard and Employee View

It would be very helpful if the dashboard offered the option to sort employees alphabetically by name. Currently, the list appears to be sorted only by ID number. Especially when there are a large number of employees, sorting by first or last name would make the list much clearer and simplify daily work.

In addition, it would be desirable if the dashboard could be customized or personalized. Since the dashboard currently consists of a relatively large number of different windows or sections, a feature that allows users to choose which windows to display and which to hide would be helpful. This would allow each user to individually compile the information relevant to their daily work and make the dashboard more organized.
