You can export the recorded employee times, absences, and travel allowances/overtime pay using our DATEV Payroll Export feature and then import them into DATEV Payroll using the import function.
Go to Personnel -> Exports

The following export screen will open.

In the export screen, you can now select the employees for whom you want to export time records, absences, and travel allowances/overtime pay.
By default, all employees are preselected for export.
Note: The employee selection list includes employees for whom the "Payroll" checkbox is selected in the "Personnel master data" section.
Also select the month for which you want to export your employees’ entries.
You can obtain the consultant number and client number from DATEV.
If you want to export the entries without a cost center, check the box next to "Without Cost Center."
By default, the DATEV Payroll Interface always exports full vacation days, even if half-day vacation entries have been recorded for individual employees.
If you want half-day vacation entries to be exported as such, check the box next to "Transfer half-day vacation entries."
If you check the box for "Use personnel type-related wage types," additional settings and selection fields will become visible.

Background of this setting: By default, we transfer all employee times in the DATEV Payroll export under wage type 1000.
If you want to use personnel type-specific wage types—for example, because the personnel times for trainees are recorded under a different wage type in DATEV—you can enter the corresponding wage type in the Trainee field. The employee times for employees with the "Trainee" employee type stored in the employee master data are thus exported with the entered wage type. The same applies to salaried employees, industrial employees, or part-time employees.
Absences and travel allowances/surcharges are exported with the wage types for which they were recorded. You can learn more about this at here.
Once you have made all settings and selections in the export screen, click Export to create your export file, which you can import into DATEV Payroll.
The system will ask you whether the exported data should be automatically locked. You can answer this question by selecting Lock or Do not lock.

If you select "Lock," all entries you export will be marked with a padlock in 123erfasst.
