Monthly calendar

In the monthly calendar or the associated "Rules and regulations," you can set up automatic rules and calculations that are applied daily, weekly, or monthly for your employees.
For example, you can use it to calculate meal allowances, commuting allowances, overtime pay, and any other bonuses, such as Sunday, holiday, and night shift premiums.
You can find the monthly calendar in the 123erfasst Office under Personnel -> Monthly Calendar.

When you click on one of the displayed employees, that employee’s monthly calendar opens.

The time shown in the "Target Time" row is taken from the employee’s stored working hours.

The Actual Time row displays the time your employee has actually recorded.

The value is displayed in green if the employee has exactly met their target for the day.
The value is displayed in red if the employee works overtime or exceeds their target working hours.
Gray values indicate that the employee has worked fewer hours than the target.
The "Break" row displays the break. This may be an automatic break that was deducted from the employee’s working time, or it may be a break that the employee booked manually.

Note: The hours shown in the Actual Time row reflect the employee’s net time. The break has therefore already been deducted from this value.
The time actually worked by the employee within the specified working hours is shown in my example under the wage type "Hourly Wage."
This is the time for which the employee is compensated at their hourly wage.

In my example, the overtime the employee works is displayed under the wage type "AZK Accumulation," and the negative hours under the wage type "AZK Reduction."

My employee receives a lifting allowance of €30 if he performs the activity "lifting" on his workday.

The reporting of overtime and negative hours, the calculation of a lifting allowance, and the display of the hours for which the employee is paid via their hourly wage are defined in the rule set.
