You can use the 123erfasst chat feature to communicate with your employees.

Office

In 123erfasst Office, click the message icon in the top right corner to open the chat.

The chat interface opens.

All chats are displayed on the left side. In 123erfasst, chats are project-based, so they are named after the projects. Additionally, at the very top, you’ll find the “Chat for All” chat, which allows you to communicate with all employees regardless of the project.

On the right side, the actual chat with the message history opens.

Note: You will see the chats for the projects that you are authorized to access in 123erfasst based on your role profile.

You can now use a chat to send a message to all employees who also have access to the project in the 123erfasst Office or the 123erfasst mobile app.

Note: Currently, only text messages can be sent in the chat. Sending photos or documents is not possible.

App/Web Entry

Open the Chats tile in the 123erfasst mobile app or in Web Entry.

In the chat overview, new and unread chat messages are marked accordingly.

Note: If you have enabled message notifications for the 123erfasst app on your mobile device, you will receive a push notification informing you of a new chat message. You can use your personal settings in 123erfasst Office to specify whether you want to be notified for all project chats that have been enabled for you, or whether you only want to receive push notifications for chats related to projects you are logged into on the current day.

Of course, you also have the option to reply to the chat message in the 123erfasst app/web interface.
