To create holidays, you must first create the corresponding holiday wage type. You can learn more about wage types at here.

In 123erfasst Office, you can create holidays via the menu items More -> Admin -> General -> Holidays.

Click the +Holiday button in the top right corner of the page to create a new holiday.

The following entry form will open.

Now you need to select the name and the holiday wage type.

Select the date for the holiday and whether the holiday should be calculated in hours or days. If the holiday always falls on the same day of the year, such as January 1 ("New Year's Day") in this example, check the "Annual" box.

Note: Holidays with the "Annual" checkbox selected are automatically carried over to subsequent years and do not need to be created anew each year!

Click the Save button to complete the entry.

Regional Holidays

If you want to create holidays that are only valid in certain states, you can assign a region to the holiday under "Affiliation."

To display regions for selection, you must create the relevant regions via the menu items More -> Admin -> General -> Regions by clicking the +Region button.

The following entry form will open.

Enter the name of your region.

Complete the entry by clicking Save.

Then, as described in the first step above, create a holiday.

In the Affiliation section, you can now select a previously saved region.

To ensure that the holiday applies only to employees of the Elements (branches) located in that region, the region must be defined in the Element structure. Please contact our support team at support@123erfasst.de. We’re happy to help and will set up the Element structure accordingly.
