To get an overview of the maintenance schedules for your equipment, machines, or vehicles, go to Equipment -> Maintenance in the 123erfasst Office.

The tile view lets you see at a glance which of your devices are due for maintenance or even overdue.

In the top right corner of the page, you can switch between the tile view and the list view.

The list view displays all your devices for which at least one maintenance task has been recorded.

When you click on a device in this list, the system takes you to that device’s maintenance task list.

At the top left of the page, you can use the arrow to select a different device.

If you want to change the maintenance task for your device or adjust the date for the next maintenance, click the pencil icon on the right side of the record.

The following entry form opens.

If you want to change the device’s maintenance task, select one of your previously defined maintenance tasks from the “Task” field.

Note: To learn how to create a maintenance task in 123erfasst, visit here.

Once the maintenance has been performed, enter the date for the next maintenance in the Next Inspection field.

Complete your changes by clicking the Save button.

If you want to add an additional maintenance task for the device in addition to the existing one, click the yellow "+Task" button at the top.

Select one of your saved maintenance tasks here.

The date for the Next Inspection is automatically set to the interval specified in the maintenance task.

Click Save to complete the entry.

The newly added maintenance task will now be displayed in the device’s maintenance task list.

You can see the status of the maintenance by looking at the wrench icon.

Orange = Maintenance due

Red = Maintenance overdue

No icon = Device is ready for use
