Office
Would you like to create a new quality ticket for a project? Then open Quality -> Tickets and click the +Ticket button to create a new ticket.

The form for creating a new ticket will open.
Here you can specify the ticket title, the project to which the ticket should be assigned, and the status with which the ticket should be created.
For the status, you can choose from the following options:

You can then assign a type to the ticket.
If none of the predefined types apply to the project, you can read here to learn how to create additional quality types that you can then assign to your tickets.
Next, you can assign a category to the ticket, which you can use later to sort your tickets—just like with the types.
The same applies here. If the predefined categories aren’t sufficient, you can visit here to learn how to create additional categories for your tickets.
If the ticket is a subticket of a previously created ticket, you can then assign the parent ticket.
Next, assign the person responsible for the ticket. Here, you can assign your employees to the ticket, but you can also specify subcontractors if the ticket is to be handled by a subcontractor, for example. Only one person can be assigned as the responsible party.

Next, set a deadline for the ticket by which it should be processed, and you can enter additional information regarding the ticket’s processing in the Description field.
If the construction project can be divided into different levels and these levels are defined for the project, you can enter them in the Level field so that the person responsible can locate the ticket more easily.
If a plan has been assigned to the level, it will open afterward, and you can locate the ticket’s location on the plan
Finally, you can define people involved in the ticket. Unlike the responsible parties, you can enter multiple people here, who can then also be kept informed about the ticket’s progress.

If your ticket is to serve as a parent ticket for additional sub-tickets, you can create a sub-ticket directly in the entry form.
To do this, select +Add Sub-Ticket, and a new ticket creation form will open, with your entries from the original ticket already filled in, so you only need to adjust the details for the sub-ticket.
Finally, you can attach files to the ticket, which your employees can then access on their app when the ticket is being processed.

You complete the ticket entry by confirming your entries with a click on Save; the ticket will then be displayed in the overview.
App
In the 123quality app, you start creating a new ticket by first selecting a project and then choosing + New Ticket.
The process is the same as in the Office, except that you can attach images to the ticket right away and also capture them within the app for the ticket. If you’ve already taken the photo, you can also add it from your gallery.
Complete the entry by clicking the Save icon, and the ticket will then also appear in the Office.
