With the request feature, your employees can submit requests for time off—such as vacation and training—via the app or web interface. You can then view and approve or reject these requests in 123erfasst Office, along with their respective processing status.
Office
The approved, rejected, and pending requests are listed via the Personnel -> Requests buttons.

There are two options for approving or rejecting a request.
Option 1: Select a request by clicking the HR > Requests buttons. A new window opens displaying the details of the leave request; the request processor can adjust this information as needed.
Using the "Accept" and "Reject" options, the request processor can decide, after reviewing the request, whether the status should change from "Pending" to "Accepted" or "Rejected."

Option 2: The submitted request is also displayed in the schedule—which you can access via the Schedule button—for the requested time period. By clicking on the schedule entry, you can approve or reject a request as described in Option 1.

Adjusting the Pay Type for Request Processing
To ensure that the absence types are available during request entry, the wage types must be adjusted. You can learn how to create and set up a wage type at here.
App/Web Entry
Using the Requests tile, you can easily submit requests on the go via the app/web entry. The data is transmitted directly to the server via wireless connection.

The following input screen opens. The Personnel, Type, and From/To fields are required and must be filled in. Optionally, you can also add a note to the entry.

Click the Save button in the bottom left corner to complete the entry.

The colored dot next to the request indicates its status. = Request is pending
= Request has been approved
= Request was rejected If the color changes from yellow to green, this means that the request has been accepted—i.e., approved.
