Forwarding for planning changes

When plans are changed, colleagues receive a push notification (if released). However, they are only forwarded to the planning and not directly to the planning block that has changed. In order to not only inform colleagues in future that there have been changes, you should also directly highlight which planning block and what exactly has changed there.
