Wann können wir mit einer Bearbeitung rechnen? Eine kostenpflichtige Bearbeitung wurde abgelehnt und darauf hingewiesen, dass wenn das Feedback viele Likes bekommt eine Bearbeitung stattfindet. Das Feedback wurde vor über 2 Jahren verfasst, seitdem hat sich leider nichts am Prozess geändert.
Wie man im Feedbackforum sieht, wird das Thema auch von anderen Kunden oft angesprochen, leider verfassen diese jeweils eigene Vorschläge, wodurch sich die Anzahl der Likes auf mehrere Vorschläge verteilen.
