Project evaluation hours should display values as decimal

The project evaluation currently only displays the hours in hours:minutes. It would be better if the hours were also displayed in decimal. Otherwise you always have to convert the hours for billing or similar.

    Ja unbedingt. Wir haben so viel Arbeit damit die Stunden umzurechnen. Es sollte einen Button geben um die Zeit umstellen zu können.
