Planning: Save conflict resolution

We have teams/employees who work on several construction sites a day. Here it is totally superfluous if I add another construction site on the same day that the conflict window appears every time. It's all well and good if, for example, a team member is sick or on vacation. For me, this window is superfluous and unnecessary in 95% of cases!
