Pinboard for messages to all employees

We would find a kind of digital pinboard very practical, on which we could write messages that all employees should receive at short notice. As a larger company with a lot of projects, the chat function is simply not easy to use.
It's about information that goes from the company to the employees and doesn't need to be processed any further
