Update the monthly calendar

Currently, the scheduled update of the monthly calendar runs only once a night. Any changes made during the day do not appear in the monthly calendar until the following day. It would be desirable if the monthly calendar could be updated continuously (e.g., every hour). Otherwise, to ensure the data is up to date, the monthly calendar for each employee must be selected, updated, and saved every time a change is made.
