Multiple selection of allowances (cost type) and days of absence (not consecutive)

Easier payroll accounting if a multiple selection could be made for allowances (analogous to employees). Up to now, each allowance has to be entered individually.
Furthermore, a multiple selection for the absences, these not only contiguous (current) but freely selectable (by an additional field) or key combination analogous e.g. excel.
