Easily find employee contacts

We want to be able to quickly access all company contact information through the iPhone app. Currently, you have to tap "Contacts" in the app, select the "Contacts" project, and then tap "Filgis Employees" under "Address Groups." This displays all company contacts that we manually maintain in 123erfasst.

A better solution would be:

• An interface to Nevaris Finance (Payroll) so that data doesn’t have to be maintained twice.

• A tile on the home screen that takes me to the company contacts, possibly even with the option to select the respective department

• The list should be searchable—possibly even directly from the home screen. For example, who lives in location X—then all colleagues are displayed

• It would also be helpful if we could set permissions so that certain individuals (managers) can view private phone numbers.
