Custom Link in the Dashboard

Hi,

It would be great if custom links could be added to the dashboard alongside the quick links for modules.

Links to internal guides on how to use 123erfasst or similar tools.

It would also be great if such quick links could be set up administratively for all users and couldn’t be deleted by them.
