Only show open projects in the overview under Master data -> Projects -> Projects

It would be easier and clearer if only the open projects were displayed first in the overview when you call up the projects. So far, all of them are displayed. We are primarily only interested in the open projects. The closed ones are only displayed occasionally as required.
