Export - transfer CSV salary data, monthly calendar 4.0

When transferring wage data, export, it was possible to transfer individual employees in the old monthly calendar. This is no longer possible with the monthly calendar 4.0. However, this option would be important to me. Why was this not adopted 1:1 when changing to the monthly calendar 4.0 for the transfer?
