Extension: Approval steps for applications in 123Captured

Request description:
Currently, requests in 123Records (e.g. vacation requests, time off in lieu, etc.) can only be approved by a single person. In many operational processes, however, a multi-stage approval procedure is required - for example, approval by the direct superior (person 1) and then by the HR department or management (person 2).

Specification of the request:
It should be possible to store a defined sequence of approval steps for certain application types, in which an application is only considered "approved" once all designated instances have released the application.

Exemplary implementation:

• Request is submitted
• First approval stage: line manager
• Second approval stage: HR department

The request is only valid after complete approval

Advantages:

• Better mapping of real approval processes
• Avoidance of incorrect postings or unauthorized approvals
• Increased transparency and traceability
