Customize email notifications

Our department heads process vacation requests and receive email notifications. Project managers process the vacation requests submitted by department heads.

In the planning system, requests from employees who report to department heads are not visible to project management. Only once they are granted access in role management do these requests become visible for planning.

However, this also means that project managers receive emails for all employees as soon as a vacation request is submitted.

Unfortunately, differentiation is not possible here, so the planning tool is incomplete for us, or the project manager is bombarded with countless emails, or they would have to check the requests in 123 every day.
