Currently, 123erfasst does not allow for the employee-specific provision of personal documents such as earnings statements, social security reports (SV reports), or wage tax certificates (LSt certificates).
We would like to see the introduction of a feature via the connector that allows the aforementioned documents to be automatically and securely made available to each employee in 123erfasst.
By automatically transferring the documents from Nevaris Finance (construction payroll), the documents could be assigned directly to the respective employee and made available in their personal area in 123erfasst. This would both reduce the administrative burden on the HR department and provide employees with easy, round-the-clock access to their relevant payroll documents.
