Various errors in the form creation
Display rules are not implemented correctly: Although clear rules for (non-)visibility are defined for certain fields, these are still displayed in the saved form and in the generated file.
Mandatory field "Date" - problematic default setting: The default mandatory field "Date" is set to 01.01.2025 by default. The form can also be saved without making any changes. This is a potential source of error if the date is relevant for the legal or content validity of the form.
Different date display: In the form preview (after saving), the date entered is not displayed, but the current creation date and time. The actual date entered is only displayed correctly in the generated file. This can lead to confusion when checking or reworking.
From the overview, files can be created in Excel (XLSX), CSV and PDF format, from the respective form only CSV and PDF.

Ergänzung: Uns ist außerdem aufgefallen, dass Felder aus einem eingebundenen Unterformular im Hauptformular teilweise nicht angezeigt werden, obwohl sie im Feld „Unterformularanzeige“ korrekt ausgewählt sind.
In diesem Zusammenhang stellt sich die Frage, wie praktikabel die Nutzung von Unterformularen ist, wenn deren Felder im Hauptformular zusätzlich ausgewählt werden müssen – und diese Auswahl nicht immer zuverlässig funktioniert.

Uns ist zudem aufgefallen, dass Unterschriften im Unterschriftsfeld nicht immer zuverlässig gespeichert werden. Besonders kritisch ist, dass keine Fehlermeldung erscheint, selbst wenn das Feld als Pflichtfeld definiert ist.
Gerade bei Formularen mit rechtlich relevanten Inhalten stellt das ein erhebliches Problem dar, da so Formulare ohne gültige Unterschrift abgeschlossen und weiterverwendet werden können – ohne dass dies auffällt.
Auch hier würden wir uns eine verlässlichere Prüfung und Rückmeldung wünschen, um Fehler und mögliche rechtliche Risiken zu vermeiden.
