The form tool needs a major overhaul

Anyone who regularly creates forms in 123erfasst is familiar with the problem: creating them takes a disproportionate amount of time, and you quickly reach your limits.

Specifically, what is missing or does not work:

• No formattable free text – notes, headings, or explanations directly in the form are not possible; a simple, non-editable text field with font size, color, and paragraphs is completely missing

• Ruleset is far too limited: no OR, no true If/Then, no numerical comparisons (greater than/less than/equal to) – anyone who wants to combine multiple conditions ends up creating dozens of individual rules instead, which quickly results in 50–70 rules per form

• Display rules do not work reliably – fields appear in the saved form and in the PDF despite a rule being set

• Fields cannot be copied – every element must be created from scratch, no matter how similar it is to an existing one

• Dropdown menus cannot be sorted – adding a new entry forces you, in the worst case, to re-enter all other entries

• Embedding media – There is no option to integrate links, documents, or videos into the form. While you can embed images, they are displayed very poorly

• Layout → what looks correct in the app does not match the exported version

• Notification upon form submission – You have to actively check the form directory to see if new forms have been filled out

Please stop processing individual tickets – The forms need a complete overhaul.
