Construction report subcontractor subdivision personnel types

At the moment, you have to create each personnel type separately for the NU, i.e. foremen, skilled workers, etc.
It would be nicer to be able to select the number and personnel types individually together with the selection of the NU.
For example: NU xy: 1x foreman 8h, 2x skilled worker 8h
