Number of plannable vacations for vacation requests is not correct

When you process leave requests, the Planned leave/remaining leave always shows the value as of today or the value from the monthly calendar 4.0. In any case, not the value for the whole year. So if an application is approved in November, for example, leave from December may not yet be included in the remaining leave. It may therefore be assumed that the employee still has more leave than they actually have available because days have already been planned for the coming month.

This should be corrected so that the remaining leave always relates to the whole year when an application is approved. This means that all entries for the year are taken into account and not just up to the current month.
