<p>Neben Fotos können im Ticket aus weitere Anhänge gespeichert werden. Diese erscheinen leider nicht im Ticketreport. Es sollte zumindest möglich sein, dass die weiteren Anhänge vermerkt werden, noch schöner wäre es wenn Pdf-Dateien auch wie die Fotos im Ticketreport ausgedruckt erscheinen.</p>

<p>In addition to photos, other attachments can be saved in the ticket. Unfortunately, these do not appear in the ticket report. It should at least be possible for the other attachments to be noted, and it would be even better if PDF files also appeared printed in the ticket report like the photos.</p>
