123quality - Setting that all employees can be selected as responsible for tickets

When assigning responsible persons to tickets, it would be nice if it were possible to select not only the persons assigned to the project, but all persons in the company. This would save you the step of always having to assign people to the project first. The person who is assigned the ticket should then automatically appear in the dashboard.
