You always have to go into the various projects to see the tickets that are assigned to you. Or you can wait for a reminder by e-mail...it would be practical to have a view in which you can see all the tickets that are assigned to you.

Evtl. auf der anderen Seite auch noch eine Ansicht aller von mir erstellten Tickets, um nachvollziehen zu können, ob die schon bearbeitet wurde. Also im Prinzip eine Ticketübersicht über alle Projekte in denen man entsprechend filtern kann, ob man die erstellt hat oder zugewiesen bekommen hat usw.
