Activate maintenance mode (Active Mode) on the Datafox terminal

Sometimes you need to put your Datafox terminal into maintenance mode (Active Mode) so that our support team can remotely access the device.
To do this, follow these steps.
On the Datafox terminal’s home screen, tap the white area in the upper right corner for about 3 seconds.
Now, in the menu that opens, tap System Menu BIOS.
Enter the password 123 in the password field.
If you entered the password correctly, another menu will appear. Tap on Communication here.
Next, you must confirm that the current communication should be interrupted.
Now you can enable or disable maintenance mode by clicking on Active Mode.
