Would you like to indicate which of your employees, for example, has a first aid certificate, a specific driver’s license class, or other certifications/qualifications?
You can track this using our Skills feature.
Employees can renew or update their skills at specified intervals.
In 123erfasst Office, navigate to More -> Admin -> Personnel -> Skills.

Click the +Skill button to create a new skill.
Assign a title to your skill and define the time period and interval for which the skill should be recorded.
In the Warning field, specify how far in advance the respective skill entry should be marked with a warning icon before the skill expires.

Click Save to complete the creation of your skill.
Under Personnel -> Skills, you or your employees can now record a skill entry for the newly created skill via the Office.

You can monitor the status of skill entries in the 123erfasst Office. If a skill is valid, the entry is marked with a green checkmark icon.

If the specified warning period has been reached, the entry’s status turns yellow. If an entry has expired, the status turns red.
Skills in Planning
You can also use skills in planning to assign suitable employees to your projects.
To do this, click the filter icon in the resource window in the planning view:

In addition to the standard "Personnel Type" filter, you will now also see the option to filter by skills. All created skills are displayed below.
Select a skill and then click Apply.

The Resource Window will now display the employees who have a valid entry for the selected skill.

App/Web Entry
The Skills tile is available to your employees in the 123erfasst app.

After clicking the Skills tile, your employee can use the + button to create a new entry for an existing skill.

The date for the next review (expiration date) is automatically set to the specified interval (in this example, 48 months or 4 years in the future).
The employee can also upload additional information and their certificate or supporting document.
After saving, the status of the entry is displayed in the overview.

In the 123erfasst Office, your employees’ skill entries are listed under Personnel -> Skills, as described above.
