To view the 3-month period for your employees, go to More -> Reports in the 123erfasst Office.

In the report overview that opens, select the 3-Month Period report.

In the report, you can set filters on the right-hand side that affect the data displayed in the report. Here, you can select the individuals for whom the report should be generated. If you do not select anything in the "People" section, the report will always be generated automatically for all employees.

Under View, you have the following options to narrow down the report:

After you click Create, the list view for the 3-Month Period opens:

The columns are briefly described below:
Days: indicates the number of days the employee has already worked on the project.
Start: indicates when work on the project began. The 3-month period begins when the employee has worked on the project for at least three days within a week. Reached: this shows the date on which the 3-month period is reached. Exceeded: If the 3-month period has already been exceeded, this is indicated by a checkmark. Interruption in days: This shows the number of days that have passed since the last entry on the project. Reset to: The calculation of the 3-month period is interrupted after at least four weeks of absence and is therefore reset to this date, starting anew the following day.
You can print the report by clicking the printer icon.

Alternatively, you can download the report by clicking the download icon.

The report export dialog opens, where you can specify a file name for your report.
Here, you can also select the format in which you want the report to be provided.

Clicking "Create Export" converts the report to the selected format and downloads it. You will receive a corresponding notification via the "Download Complete" message at the bottom right of the page.
