Missing bookings

To view the missing entries—that is, days for which your employees have not recorded any time or absences—in the appropriate report format, go to More -> Reports in the 123erfasst Office.

In the report overview that opens, select the Missing Entries report.

In the report, you can set filters on the right-hand side that affect the data displayed in the report.

For example, select the individuals or teams for whom you want to generate the report.

Also, specify the date range for which the data should be displayed.

Also, check the boxes for "Only employees with active payroll" and "Only active employees" if you want to further restrict the employee selection and have the report generated only for active employees.

Then click the Create button to generate the report.

The report will then be displayed in table view.

You can also view the list as a report by clicking the following button:

You will then see the generated report in the report view.

In this view, you can print the generated report by clicking the printer icon.

Alternatively, you can also download the generated report using the download icon:

The report export dialog opens, where you can specify a file name for your report.

Here, you can also select the format in which you want the report to be provided.

Clicking "Create Export" converts the report to the selected format and downloads it. You will receive a corresponding notification via the "Download Complete" message at the bottom right of the page.
