Device evaluation by project

To view the recorded data by project, go to More -> Reports in the 123erfasst Office.

In the report overview that opens, select the "Device Evaluation by Project" report.

In the report, you can set filters on the right-hand side that affect the data displayed in the report.

For example, select the project for which you want to generate the report.

Also, specify the date range for which the data should be displayed.

You can also choose a sorting option to determine how the data is displayed in the report.

Finally, click the yellow "Create" button to generate the report.

The report is generated monthly.

What do the respective legends mean:

I/O = In/Out = the device arrived at and left the construction site on this day

I = Incoming = the equipment arrived at the construction site on this day

A = Outgoing = the device left the construction site on this day

B = In operation = the device was in operation at least once on that day (regardless of the duration)

F = Idle = the device was neither received nor shipped on that day and was not in operation

X = Report only

You now have the option to print the report using the printer icon.

Alternatively, you can download the report by clicking the download icon.

The report export window will open, where you can specify a file name for your report.

Here, you can also select the format in which you want the report to be provided.

Clicking "Create Export" converts the report to the selected format and downloads it. You will receive a corresponding notification via the "Download Complete" message at the bottom right of the page.
