Under the menu items More -> Admin -> Personnel -> Accounts, you'll find the two predefined main accounts: Vacation Account and Time Account. You can rename these accounts as you like or add a new account using the +Account button.

The following entry form will open.

In the Name field, enter the desired name for the account, and under Unit, select whether the account should be displayed in hours or days.
Then complete the entry by clicking Save.
