In Office, you can upload a wide variety of documents to the respective devices via the menu items Devices -> Documents. These documents can be accessed at any time via the app.

Use the +Document button to add a new document:

The edit screen opens, where you first upload the document in the Document section, then enter the name for the document, and select the device to which the document should be uploaded. Click the Save button to complete the entry:

App/Web Entry

Open the Documents tile via the App/Web Entry:

Here you can select the desired device via the Devices tab:

The document will then be available for download here:
