Office

Device services can be recorded for service devices. You can find out how to create a service device at here, among other places.

In 123erfasst Office, you can record a device service under Devices -> Services using the +Device Service button.

The following entry screen opens.

In the required field Device, select the device for which you want to record a device service.

In the Project field, enter the project for which you want to record the equipment performance.

In the Hours field, enter the number of hours the device has worked. Select Automatic Hours if these are to be determined automatically based on the work schedule.

Optionally, you can specify a start and end meter reading, as well as a gross or net quantity value with the desired unit.

In the Text field, you can enter optional text regarding your equipment usage.

Click Save to complete the entry of your equipment performance.

App/Web Entry

To record device performance in the 123erfasst app, click the Devices tile.

Now select the project for which you want to record the service.

Tap the + at the bottom to access the device performance entry screen.

Note: Power devices are indicated by a clock icon.

A new entry screen will open. Use the "Devices" dropdown menu to select the service device.

You can enter the service provided in the Hours field as well as the Start and End meter readings. Click Save to complete the entry.
