Device movements can be recorded for provisioning devices. You can find out how to create a provisioning device at here, among other places.
In 123erfasst Office, you can record a device movement under Devices -> Movements using the +Device Movement button.

The following entry screen opens.

In the required field Device, select the device for which you want to record a device movement.
The From Project field automatically displays the project where the device is currently located / from which the device is being moved with this entry.
In the required To Project field, enter the project to which you are moving the device.
Whether the Meter Reading field is displayed and must be filled in as a required field is controlled by the Meter Reading Query field in the device master data.

By checking the In Service box, you indicate whether the device is in service on the new project or has been released.
In the "Text" field, you can enter optional text regarding your device movement.
Click Save to complete the entry for your device transfer.
App/Web Entry
To record a device movement in the 123erfasst app, click the Devices tile.

Now select the project to which you want to move the device.

Tap the + at the bottom to access the device movement entry screen.
Select the device and enter the meter reading (if this is a required field in the device master data).

Clicking "Log In" completes the device movement entry.
When you record the equipment movement in the app, the equipment is automatically marked as In Service. You can mark it as Out of Service by clicking the button highlighted here on the right.
