Security (account acceptance)

You can enable account verification under the menu options More -> Admin -> Account -> Security.

Account acceptance helps the 123erfasst support team provide you with the best possible assistance if you encounter problems with the software.

With account acceptance enabled, support will attempt to reproduce the reported issue based on the affected user’s settings.

First, check the box next to "Allow account access."

Then select the activation duration: 1 day, 1 week, or 1 month.

Click Save to activate account access.

You will now see how long account acceptance is active. Once the period has expired, account acceptance is automatically deactivated.
