Billing

The billing section provides an overview of the modules and licenses you have purchased.

Note: If you just registered for 123erfasst via our website, you are automatically using our free version. You can use this documentation to upgrade to paid modules to take advantage of additional features of the software.

Go to More -> Admin -> Account -> Billing.

An overview of all available modules will open.

If you want to upgrade a module and/or add/reduce licenses or reduce your license count, select the respective plan and enter the new license count in the Users or Devices (Telematics Module) field. The new price will be displayed immediately.

You can also access the current prices on our homepage by clicking "Compare Plans."

Once you have selected the modules and the number of licenses, you can then choose whether billing should be monthly or annually.

Tip: You save money with annual billing!

Clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button will redirect you to the payment page, where you can enter your billing information and select your preferred payment method.

Choose between credit card, PayPal, wire transfer, or Google Pay.

The payment is processed through our partner MyCommerce.

Note: Please double-check your billing information for accuracy after entering it!

Once you have entered all information correctly, confirm your order by clicking "Buy Now" at the bottom of the page. You will then receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. The purchased modules and licenses will be available to you immediately in 123erfasst.
