You can configure notifications for sending or modifying tickets in the More -> Admin section, then under Quality -> Notifications.

In the upper part of the page, you can configure the notifications that should be sent via email to the responsible parties. You have several options here that you can set uniformly for your company. However, individual users can customize these notifications for themselves via their personal settings.

In the lower section, you’ll find the settings for push notifications, where you can configure their behavior globally.

Push notifications are notifications that employees receive on their smartphones for informational purposes. Here too, individual users can customize their notifications through their personal settings.
