In Quality, you can create categories that you can assign to the respective ticket.

The recorded quality categories are listed via the More -> Admin buttons and then under Quality -> Categories.

To create a quality category, select the +Category button in the top right corner.

The following entry form will open.

The Name field is required. Optionally, assign an ID to your category.

Finally, under Affiliation, specify which element or branch the category should belong to.

Under Quality -> Tickets, you can assign the created category to your ticket.

Your categories are also available in the 123quality app when creating or editing a ticket.
