Zones

Zones are required in 123erfasst if, for example, you want to implement the travel time compensation requirement that took effect on January 1, 2023, in the "Monthly calendar" section.

To create a project zone, navigate to More -> Admin in the 123erfasst Office.

In the Admin area, navigate to Projects -> Zones.

Use the + Project Zone button in the top right corner to create a new project zone.

The Name and Radius fields are required fields.

The Id and Projects fields are optional.

In the Radius field, enter the starting and ending points that define the zone.

The radius defines the distance from a location described by geographic coordinates (usually the company headquarters).

The system automatically recognizes the correct zone and assigns it when the project is created if 123erfasst Support has stored the coordinates for the company headquarters or branches on your behalf.
