The Projects -> Weather buttons display a list of manually and/or automatically recorded weather data.
To enter weather data manually, select the +Weather button in the upper right corner.

For automatic weather data collection on projects, two points must be noted:
- Geo-coordinates must be stored in the project master data.
- The Automatic Weather radio button must be selected in the project master data.
Note: Activating this checkbox automatically determines the weather for each day based on the geocoordinates at 7:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 5:00 PM.
The weather is provided by our Finnish partner FORECA and is based, among other things, on data from the German Weather Service.

Note: For anonymization purposes, the accuracy of GPS positions is limited to approximately 100 meters.
Under Projects -> Weather, the data is listed row by row, and you have the option to edit or delete it.

As long as the weather data is not locked, it can be edited.
The following input form opens. The fields Time, Project, Weather, and Temperature are required fields and must be filled in.
Optionally, you can also add a note to the entry.

Click the Save button in the top right corner to complete the entry.
App/Web Entry
Using the Weather tile, you can easily make the entry on the go via the App/Web Entry. The entry is then transmitted wirelessly directly to the 123erfasst Office and can be viewed there, as described above, under Projects -> Weather.

In the Weather tile, tap the + to access the input form, which consists of the same fields to be filled out as the entry in the 123erfasst Office.

Click the Save button to complete the entry.
