First, go to More -> Admin, then to General -> Contacts, and enter the subcontractor’s master data by clicking the +Contact button in the upper right corner.


In the contact entry form, enter the subcontractor’s name.

Optionally, you can add further information about this subcontractor in the Address, Contact Details, and Contact Person sections:

Further down in the entry form, activate the Create Subcontractor section.

Here you can now specify what type of personnel is sourced from the subcontractor. Additionally, in this section, you can specify which activities are performed by this subcontractor and for which projects they should be selectable/bookable.

Save your subcontractor’s entry by clicking the Save button in the top-right corner.
Once you have entered the master data, you can start recording the subcontractor’s services.
In 123erfasst Office, you’ll find the entry form in the Projects -> Subcontractors section.
To enter data, click the +Subcontractor button:

The fields Date, Project, Subcontractor, Activity, Number of Employees, Hours per Employee, and Employee Type are required fields that must be filled out.
Other fields such as Component, Construction Area, and Text are optional.

Click the Save button to complete the entry.
App/Web Entry
In the 123erfasst App/Web Entry, the Subcontractor tile is available to you.
The entry is then transmitted wirelessly directly to the 123erfasst Office and can be viewed there, as described above, under Projects -> Subcontractors.

Click the + in the Subcontractors tile to create a new entry.
The same fields are available here as when entering data in 123erfasst Office.

Click Save to complete the entry.
