Office
In 123erfasst, you can record additional services separately that are not to be tracked via your employees' time sheets.
In the 123erfasst Office, navigate to Projects -> Services.
You can now create a new service for your employees using the +Service button in the top right corner.

The Date, Project, and Activity fields are required fields that must be filled in.
Other fields such as Component, Construction Area, and Text are optional.

Click Save to complete your entry.
App/Web Entry
In the 123erfasst App/Field Entry, the Services tile is available to you.
The entry is then transmitted wirelessly directly to the 123erfasst Office and can be viewed there, as described above, under Projects -> Services.

In this tile, you can create a new service entry by clicking the + button.
The fields to be filled out are the same as those shown above in the entry form in the 123erfasst Office.

Click Save to complete your entry.
