I have forgotten my password - What now?

You've forgotten your password and can no longer log in to 123erfasst. Simply request a new password. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Enter your username (in this case: max@mustermann.de) in the "Email" field, then click on "Forgot your password?"

   

2. A new form will open. Enter the email address where you want the new password sent. It is very important that this is a valid email address!!

Then click on "Continue."

After a few moments, you will receive an email with your new password.
